Besides the big radio hit "Finding Out True Love Is Blind"****, the EP also has the eponymous track "Louis XIV"**** ,with the primal riffs of T. Rex. The title song takes the formula to its ridiculous conclusion, obviously jeering at its own source material: five in the pocket is better than six, put them together then pick up the sticks. "Marc" is a boring piano ballad, and "Louis Reprise" is a couple of stylized song snippets.
