I can't get away from the Rush comparisons, which pop up in so many parts. I don't see the Dream Theater - they're not metal of prog enough. I guess it's the keyboards. The title song is like a much harder rocking 80's Rush, with a weird one chord riff. "Shallow" is a bit more like King's X, without the pop harmonies. "Glass Arm Shattering" is extremely slow, epic, late-Floyd like. Most of the rest is very listenable with a sound that is parts late-Floyd, Rush, U2, and pop-metal.
